Aw shit, I couldn't get the candy coating I needed to make Mutant Eyeballs for Earthy's party. Looks like I'll have to make Bone Yard Cookies instead. This is basically Nestle Tollhouse cookies using the white chocolate chips and some green food coloring to make them look like they have bone pieces embedded and a little moldy. I need to clean up my office/library/ritual room today, but it's rainy and gloomy and I don't feel like it yet. Maybe I'll watch a horror movie this morning. I have quite a collection going, however, there are a few more I would like to get on DVD.
I finally got a copy of Citizen X on DVD, I had it VHS, but my tape walked out of here one day and I haven't seen it since. Citizen X is not a horror movie, it is based on a true story of the most prolific serial killer in Russian history. It follows the efforts of the detective, Viktor Burakov (Stephan Rea) assigned to the case by his Colonel (Donald Sutherland). A well acted movie, it also stars, Jeffery DeMunn and Max Von Sydow. Warning - many of the killers victims are under the age of 17 yrs.
I still want to get a movie called Intensity (and it lives up to it's name), I also need to get Evil Dead 2 on DVD. I want copies of Ghost Story, Grim prairie Tales, The Lady in White, and Bram Stokers Dracula. I have all of these on VHS, but I want them on DVD.
We watched Gothika last night, I think that I'll watch The Haunting this morning, I like a good ghost story.
